Because childhood doesn't wait

The story of who you are and all the things you love doing together.

You don't need to know what to do. You don't need to perform.

Family sessions with me are relaxed and centred around the things you genuinely enjoy doing together. I'll guide you when needed, but mostly I'll give your family space to connect, play, explore, and simply be yourselves.

Whether your children are full of energy, shy, curious, or somewhere in between, they're allowed to be themselves. My focus is on capturing the connection, personality, and little moments that make your family unique.

The photographs you receive will feel natural, cinematic, and true to you — images that you'll want to return to again and again.

Frequently asked questions

1. Where are you based and do you travel?

I’m located in Melbourne’s west, and I regularly photograph families across the western, northern and inner-city suburbs. I’m always happy to travel to locations that feel meaningful to you and love exploring new spots around Melbourne!

If you have a place in mind, simply reach out and we can chat through the options together. Travel fee might apply for locations 30km far from Melbourne CBD.

2. What if my kids cry or don't cooperate?

Kids are allowed to be kids — curious, energetic, shy, or emotional. I’m a mother myself, so I completely understand this worry and I’ve truly seen it all. We move at their pace, take breaks when needed, and embrace the in-between moments. Sessions with children aren’t about perfect portraits, but about documenting them exactly as they are in this season of life.

3. We’re camera shy and don’t know how to pose.

This is such a common concern, and there’s really nothing to worry about! There’s no need for posing or any experience with the camera. All you need to do is be yourselves and connect with your loved ones. Most of the time, I’ll be in the background, capturing these moments as they naturally unfold, but I’ll also 100% guide you whenever more direction is helpful.

4. What if i already have ideas for the session?

That's amazing, because I love working with families who want to bring their own personality, interests, and ideas into the session. Whether it's a favourite activity, meaningful location, or family tradition, those details often make the photographs even more personal and unique to you.

So yes, bring your bicycles, picnic blankets, muddy boots, and all the things you spend your days with.
